1. Terms & Conditions

By booking services with Truthful Plugs Media LLC, you agree to the following:

Services Provided
We provide real estate media services including photography, videography, and aerial drone production.

Booking & Payment
All services must be scheduled in advance. Payment is due prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to withhold media until payment is received in full.

Property Readiness
Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is clean and ready. If not, we may shoot as-is, reschedule with a fee, or cancel.

Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround is [24–48 hours unless otherwise stated]. Rush delivery may be available.

Access to Property
Clients must ensure access. We are not responsible for missed shoots due to lockouts or access issues.

Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • 24+ hours notice: No fee

  • Less than 24 hours: Cancellation fee applies

  • Same-day cancellations: Up to 100% charge

Weather-related rescheduling will not be penalized.

3. Media Licensing & Copyright

All media produced by Truthful Plugs Media LLC remains our intellectual property.

You are granted a license to use media for:

  • MLS listings

  • Marketing the specific property

  • Social media promotion tied to that listing

You may NOT:

  • Transfer media to another agent

  • Reuse media for future listings

  • Alter or heavily edit media without permission

Extended usage (builders, branding, Airbnb, etc.) requires additional licensing.

4. Drone Services Disclaimer

All drone operations are conducted by a Part 107 Certified Pilot.

Drone services are subject to:

  • FAA airspace restrictions

  • Weather conditions

  • Safety limitations

If drone services cannot be completed, a partial refund or alternative service may be provided.

5. Disclosure

All media is intended for marketing purposes. Images and videos may include enhancements such as color correction, sky replacement, and object removal.

These edits improve presentation but may not reflect exact real-world conditions.

Clients are responsible for property condition at the time of the shoot. Truthful Plugs Media LLC is not liable for misrepresentation claims.

We reserve the right to use media for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information.

Information Collected
Name, contact details, property information, and booking details.

Usage
Used for scheduling, communication, billing, and improving services.

Data Protection
We implement reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Services
We may use platforms for payments, scheduling, editing, and analytics.

Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.
